Purchase of goods

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel a purchase. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has been shipped, you may still cancel your order. However, we will deduct the cost of shipping and handling from your refund. To view our refund policy, please visit Return & Refund Policy.

Purchase of services

If you wish to cancel your online travel package reservation, our cancellation policy is as follows:

We have a 7-day cancellation policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving the order confirmation to request a refund by contacting our customer service team at intercambio@vivamalta.com.br. 

To be eligible for a full refund, you must not exceed 7 days from the date of your purchase. If eligible, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. If your cancellation request is made after 7 days from the date of your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that the policy regarding the purchase of services applies only to online transactions made through our website regarding the online travel package reservation. It is not applicable to any other purchases made from service providers.

The cancellation policy of ePlanet Intercâmbios is included and detailed in their service agreement, which outlines the conditions under which purchases can be canceled, as well as any fees that may apply.
